The experience was 10/10. I booked this hotel through Trip.com and more than happy to pay for what I got as the room was beautifully decorated when we went in, the decor, the ambiance, the location, vibe everything was wonderful . Located in the heart of London.

We had an amazing experience with our first stay at The Dilly. Perfect central location, gorgeous 5*hotel, the staff were wonderful. Don on reception in particular made our stay for my best friends 40th birthday, extra special with complimentary breakfast and an upgrade to the VIP lounge. We felt truly spoilt! He couldn’t do enough for us. Comfortable and spacious room, lovely and quiet with no noise disturbance. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again!

酒店的地理位置絕佳，出門20米就是皮卡迪利廣場，旁邊就是SOHO，唐人街，離哪都近，就是老酒店設施有些老舊了，房間會有點味道，屋外旁邊有推門，隔音不好一早有點吵，但是最重要的還是位置好，下次去倫敦還會選這家酒店

Forgot to take photos of the actual room. Compared to the photos, the room is 10x darker irl. It’s very dim - if that’s the kind of vibe you’re after go ahead. Location is excellent, 2mins walk from Piccadilly Circus station. Walking distance to Soho, Covent Gardens, Regent Street. Average customer service, nothing unpleasant but nothing to shout about. Same goes for cleanliness. I like that they have infused water and fruits for guests at the lobby and 2 packets of cookies that they replenish everyday.

Excellent location this is why we choose this hotel. The hotel rooms are run down. Have stayed twice summer the rates can be high I wouldn't pay then for these rooms as they need a lot of tlc. Food and restaurants are lovely. Good atmosphere.

Seamless experience from check in to check out. We were able to check in early which was great, and enjoyed a few drinks at the bar. Perfect location and would definitely visit again.
