우선 굉장히 서비스가 좋다. 체크인 시점부터 하나하나 고객이 원하는 것을 들어주려고 끝까지 최선을 다한다. 다만, 인기가 좋아 투숙객이 몰릴 경우엔 체크인/아웃이나 기타 배려사항이 제한될 수 있다. 시설 또한 깔끔하며 취사시설이 잘 되어 있어, 물가 비싼 런던에서 가볍게 한끼를 해결할 수 있다는 것도 큰 장점이다. 위치는 많이 이용하게되는 얼스코트역에서 걸어서 좀 시간이 소요되는 위치이긴 하지만, 얼스코트역 자체가 굉장히 교통이 편하고 호텔 주위에 여러 노선이 지나는 버스정류장들이 있어 시내 관광지 접근성은 좋은 편이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 조식이 제공된다는 점도 또한 여행객들에게 큰 장점이다.

Every time my family and I visit London, Residence Inn Marriott Kensington is our natural choice because of its location. It’s easy to get there from Heathrow by tube on Piccadilly line. As we usually stay in London for a couple of days, we love to cook our own dinner. The kitchen facility in the room is perfect. There’s a mega Tesco Store nearby, that’s another reason for choosing to stay at this hotel. The laundry room is certainly a plus as we can wash our clothes before we travel to other European cities. These are the things that we like about the hotel. Special thanks to Asher at the front desk and Joseph who takes care of luggage storage. Both of them are so very helpful and friendly.

Overall, very satisfied. The room was clean and spacious. Packed with amenities. The breakfast was more than reasonable, eggs, baked beans, hash browns, bacon and sasauges. Juices, teas, and coffee. Selections of breads and cereals.

Room was fantastic- great size and very comfortable. Good location for self catering apartments with shops nearby. Few touches in room would be used such as information about laundry facilities, oven glove/ tea towel. Breakfast was okay but not as much variety over each day as I’d like
