位置絕佳，離大本鐘、西敏寺、肯辛頓（衞兵換崗）、海德公園、國家美術館、中國城、維多利亞火車站均在20分鐘以內步行路程，聖詹姆斯公園地鐵站走三分鐘就到，周邊也有商業和餐飲選擇。服務可以，每天還有happy hour，有酒水暢飲和小食（每天不一樣）供應，週五還有表演。房間空間不錯，一家三口妥妥住下。酒店餐廳小貴但也挺好吃的。

房間一般，跟價格不匹配。沒有牙刷等洗漱用品。好的方面：大堂的洗手間很漂亮。服務方面：服務太一般，門口沒有門僮拿行李。我們從出租車下來，提着重重的行李，竟然沒人幫助。普通酒店都不至於這種服務。好在攜程協調給我們換了一間稍微大一點的房間，不然會非常生氣。後來前台專門派人來換房間和拿行李，態度有轉變。或許是攜程去溝通的吧。

酒店位置極好，走路去威斯敏斯特5分鐘，到唐人街，白金漢宮穿過聖約翰公園走路大概15-20分鐘，酒店服務很好，倫敦分兩次住的酒店，離開期間還寄存了行李，就是房間真心不大，但是夠睡，有一天下午回酒店，還趕上酒店的happy hour跟表演！不錯的酒店，除了貴沒啥缺點！

酒店位於市中心，鬧中取靜，離很多景點比如白金漢宮、西敏寺、大笨鐘、倫敦眼等均可步行到達。我們到達時被告知查不到預訂（應該是他們預訂部的疏忽），我訂的3人套房沒有了，換給了我兩個標準房間，也算是及時解決了問題。
酒店本身環境設施服務等都不錯，早餐也算豐富，關於此酒店，知乎上有介紹説曾經是著名的“間諜酒店”，大家有興趣可以查一查。

This hotel is a hidden gem from its history, elegance, location, architecture, comfort, and impeccable staff. I travel, and travel well. . . This is in my top 3 hotel stays of all time globally. I was absolutely blown away with pleasure.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk from Big Ben and many of London’s main attractions. The interior is beautifully designed and perfectly maintained, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the light, refreshing wine served in the evenings. A very special thank you to Roberta, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London!
