Great city location for a Business trip. 30 mins walking away from almost everything.

Room is so so. The check in policy said check in at 2pm and I arrived at 2pm, but front desk lady said check in time is 4pm at the beginning, then she said 3pm, so I have to wait at lobby. But I saw someone after me checked in successfully. I don’t know why I have to wait so long.

Location can be quite a distance away from the waterloo station, it’s an approximate 8mins walk. However, service and cleanliness is top notch!

Hotel needs some renewal but it also needs some extra clean. Our room has a bad smell with some fungus. Good breakfast and good location.

Great place to stay, not far from the centre but a nice quiet area to get back to. Would stay again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We had a reservation for Christmas, but we couldn't get to the hotel because the French government BANNED all trips to the UK (because of COVID-19). Not only did they not have any accessible contact information for us to request a refund, but also did they OUTRIGHT deny the cancellation (even if we had a LEGAL RIGHT to cancel!!!). Be VERY CAREFUL when reserving with these people!! Will never choose any Travelodge hotels again. These people are just SCAMMERS!!!

The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and kept explaining this and that to us. The room was also very nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, English + French. I didn't get tired of it even after eating it for three consecutive days. The transportation was convenient. It was a short walk to Waterloo Station and the subway station. It was a short walk to the London Eye and Big Ben. I highly recommend it!

There is no hairdryer, you can borrow it from the front desk. Every time you take a shower, water splashes everywhere and wets the shower room. The water pressure of the shower head is very low. Good breakfast

The hotel was in the middle of London, 7 minutes walk from Waterloo station, and 10 minutes from the London Eye. Super central! Hotel room a bit small but clean, very friendly staff, and everything clean. Breakfast was really great and very extensive. Checking out before 12 noon was great too! We will definitely come back!

Great location, super convenient, clean room, good food

Very central hotel with a very filling English breakfast. It doesn't vary from day to day, but there is an all-you-can-eat buffet of bread, beans, bacon, roasted tomatoes, scrambled eggs, a mix of pasta and fruits, milk, yogurt, etc. For us, the only drawback is that they don't make the rooms. You can ask for your towels and tea to be changed and in that case, they will remove the trash; but the beds no day.

The location of the hotel is very good. The bus stop downstairs is accessible to all of London. It is within walking distance from Waterloo Railway Station. The breakfast is also good. It is recommended to book!
