The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with fresh flowers adorning the first floor, filling the air with a lovely fragrance. The decor is very cozy and boasts a classic English style. The bed and duvet are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is à la carte, and some items require an additional charge.

The service was impeccable and they were incredibly responsive to all requests. The location is fantastic, very close to the metro station and nearby attractions. The hotel's dining options are also outstanding. All the rooms feature smart controls, which is a really great touch. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic stay! The staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful, just like those classic British hotels you see in movies. The room was lovely too. The location is super convenient; you can walk to Hyde Park and Bond Street. The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the French toast. And the Chinese restaurant, China Tang, was also excellent. I'll definitely be back to this hotel on my next trip to London, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Overall, the Junior Suite I stayed in was very nice; it was new and well-maintained, and the tablet in the room was easy to use. The large swimming pool and sauna are located across the street from another hotel under the same brand.

Facilities: Exquisite! Aside from not having a pool and having to use Park Lane 45, every detail of the hotel is meticulously crafted. Every piece of hardware in the room is either brass or high-quality stainless steel polished to a mirror finish. Almost all the plants are real, and even the TV is a 150,000 RMB B&O. Cleanliness: Impeccably clean. Environment: Elegant, incredibly elegant. Service: Excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was quiet, and there was welcome fruit. The front desk staff were professional and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a very good experience. If I weren't in a rush, I would have stayed longer and would definitely come back again.

Located next to Hyde Park, the surroundings are very quiet at night. The hotel lobby is beautiful, with lots of flowers, and the staff are very polite! It's clean and the bedding is comfortable. It was the most comfortable hotel I stayed in this trip to the UK.
