Holly House Hotel

I went with my friend to that hostel just to left our luggage for a night. The place stincks and it’s really really dirty. They makes us leave the luggage between trash bins in the floor, with no one even there or any kind of locker. When we came back to take out stuff, they didn’t even asked for the reciept of the bags (so anyone could have took it). At the beggining, there was no one in the reception and when finally the guy came, he look so angry. He didn’t even spoke to us. So rude. When we went to take our stuff, there was a man sleeping in the floor with no socks next to our luggage, lol. really really bad experience, we paid 13 euros for our stuff and someone could took it. don’t book there under any circumstances!!!!!

These people actually owned three hotels on one street next too each other Cedar House Hotel, Holly House Hotel and Ivy House Hotel I think only one is being used as a hotel now the rest have been converted into flats they use Holly house as a hotel absolutely shocking and appalling hotels on Hugh Street 5 minutes from Victoria Station they have been ripping people off for the last 30 years the rooms are tiny, with a musty smell, unsatisfactory the breakfast is in the basement serving toast and Jam cheap Jam in white packets nasty bland bread they don't serve a full English breakfast Sausages bacon, egg's baked beans they serve a continental style breakfast Cornflakes and toast absolute ripp for £90 a night that's for single occupancy a lot more if there's two people ruthless and greedy people.
