The staff don't even want to talk to you. We couldn't even get in the hotel at first and were wandering around looking for an entrance. There was a red stain on the bed sheet when we went to bed at night, and it was too late to do anything about it. Fortunately I had some wipes with me, so I didn't have to use the toilet paper provided. It was like tracing paper. I didn't even know they still made stuff like that. I paid £110 to stay here, and £15 for parking. Next time I want a similar experience, I'll break the law and go to prison; it will be cheaper.

Sound proofing in the rooms is awful. Stains on the bed sheets. Toilet paper as bad is in schools in the 70's. (Those who know, know!) Overpriced. Rooms too small to even move about properly. Hotel car park it way too expensive. Could go on, but do not want to even think about this place anymore. Will never go back, so I suggest you do not go there either!

Friendly staff, clean room and good price for a 4 beds room. Very next to an underground and bus station. Near to a park for waking and many amenities nearby. The only thing in the room was missing to have a small fridge but it's not a big deal. I would give them 4 stars if was not for the breakfast. It is very basic. Overall and quality /price I am very glad for my choice.

Don’t even bother with this places if you want a secure booking . Booked a year ago almost for a concert . last week they cancelled my booking with only 2 weeks to go . Why ?? because it’s jubilee weekend yet they were still re advertising the room at triple the cost . Pure greed with no consideration. Now in communication with *********** to see how they are even allowed to do this . Disgusted with them .

Based on the reviews on here, my expectations were low, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Good location as only 5 mins walk from Finsbury Park Station and lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Entrance and hotel was on a quiet street and I slept well. Room was a good size beds were comfortable and there was good WiFi and tea and coffee. Yes the bathroom was small, but I've found this to be common for London. I'd definitely stay again

Llegamos a las 14:30 y la habitación que nos correspondía estaba sin hacer, por lo que tuvimos que esperar hasta que nos asignaron otra habitación y ademas la chica que tenía que limpiarla, una tal Grace, nos pregunto de bastantes malas maneras que qué hacíamos en el pasillo que quienes éramos y que hacíamos alli mientras esperábamos a la chica de recepción que se fue durante nuestra espera. La habitación es claustrofóbica, muy pequeña, el lavabo es tan pequeño que no puedes ni moverte dentro de el. Tenías que llamar al timbre cada vez que querías entrar cosa que veo muy incómoda. El penúltimo día no nos limpiaron la habitación incluso habiendo dejado un cartel en la puerta para que la hiciesen. La verdad que una decepción de estancia y una cama muy incomoda. No suelo poner reseñas negativas pero es que no me dejaron otra opción.

La chambre pas plus de 9m2 incluant une minuscule sdb avec un lave main (pour pas dire un rince doigt) une petite cabine de douche et un wc. Vous rentrez dans la chambre et ça pue l’humidité la sdb a tout le plafond rempli de champignon et de moisissure et le comble !!! la fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas… caché derrière le rideau un diffuseur odorant pour masquer l odeur d’humidité qui vous prend à la gorge. L’air est vicié. On nous a pas changé les draps ou les serviettes une seul fois … Les murs sont épais comme une feuille de papier, en pleine nuit a 3 reprises nous sommes réveillés par une alarme incendie dans la chambre on appel la réception en vain … aucune réponse … 2 nuits réservées et chaque soir obligé de courir à la réception qui se trouve dans un autre bâtiment ( après avoir marché toute la journée dans les rues de Londres ) car la carte se désactive. Le personnel ne se déplace pas à votre chambre pour vous la remplacer ils n ont pas que ça a faire … à se demander ce qu’ils font d’ailleurs … aucun service client, inexistant. Pas de petit déjeuner proposé … mais c est pas grave à Londres pleins de supers endroits typique pour passer un bon moment, nous avons payer 380€ pour 2 nuits … plus jamais ….

EL hotel es sumamente agradable, confortable y muy funcional en su diseño el personal que atiende desde la recepción, personal aseo,muy amables y con gran actitud de servicio te hacen sentir muy bien y son muy atentos las 24 horas ..los cuartos son pequeños pero cuentan con lo esencial y las camas muy comodas y limpias... felicito a todo el personal por la calidez que brindaron asi con gusto regresa uno de vacaciones. quiza un unico detalle las escaleras para subir a los cuartos es un poco estrecha pero fuera de ello el Hotel cumple con lo requerido y cumple la expectativa.
