Excellent neighborhood! It was so close to Earl’s Court Station which made it easy to get to anywhere. Lots of food options near by and a cute Sunday Market outside!

I stayed at Heeton Concept Hotel Kensington London for 4 days and 3 nights. Overall, the experience was pleasant and met my expectations.
The service level was acceptable, and the hotel staff were generally helpful throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It is just a short walk from Earl’s Court Underground Station, making it very convenient to travel around London. There are also plenty of food options nearby, including KFC, McDonald’s, and Greggs, which is great for travellers looking for quick and affordable meals.
The main area for improvement would be the hotel amenities. While the room was comfortable enough for a short stay, I believe the overall guest experience could be enhanced by upgrading and expanding the available amenities.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travellers who value convenience, accessibility, and a strategic location in London.

Great location nearby the underground metro station (Earl’s Court with lift for Piccadilly line), friendly staff and clean rooms, although the toilet is quite small

The hygiene was so-so, and the front desk service was terrible. However, the location is excellent, just a short walk to the subway station, which is very convenient. Overall, I'd still recommend it! Welcome to the UK!!!

The location, price, and reception staff were all very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the cleanliness could be improved. In particular, the window was covered with bird droppings, which was quite noticeable. Apart from that, the stay was generally fine.

Check in was a bit strange and in the cafe downstairs and the staff didn’t really talk but easy enough. Walls were paper thin and a man came in shouting next door and kept us up all night. Good otherwise.

This is a perfect hotel for single travelers! The room was small but clean and minimalistic design. Water in shower was hot and strong, with shampoos, conditioners and body wash provided. There are a few steps when I entered the room, so those with accessibility needs need to inform the hotel beforehand.

The location is good, the hotel is near underground station only few minutes walk. The room is nice and clean but was smaller than I expected. Overall it was a good accommodation. The bathroom is quite small, the hotel provide shower gels and shampoo. Highly recommend for this price range
