The hotel is perfect, just a bit pricey. The environment is great, and the staff are very helpful and patient, always offering assistance proactively. The breakfast spread is also very rich. The slippers provided by the hotel are quite luxurious.

Perfect location! Right in the heart of Chinatown, Regent Street, Piccadilly, Oxford Circus, and Bond Street – it's an ideal base for shopping and dining. The bathroom was decent, but the room itself was incredibly small, though understandable given the prime location. The front desk, housekeeping, and concierge staff were all very warm and attentive. Plus, the lobby bar offers complimentary daily drinks.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of London, next to Chinatown. You can hop on a bus right outside, and a black cab stand is just 100 meters away. Plus, there are tons of great food options, coffee shops, accessory stores, bubble tea shops, supermarkets, and more – everything you could possibly need! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. They even offer taxi services, Chinese translation devices, and spa services. All the facilities are brand new, and the slippers and towels are super comfy! Truly amazing!

The air dryer inside the room doesn’t work. Staff advised that welcome drink would be offered in room but didn’t happen. Still, I reflected the issues to staff and they sorted it out soon. The wellness facilities are excellent

I had a fantastic stay at The Londoner and it totally lived up to the hype. The location is perfectly central, making it ridiculously easy to explore the city without spending half your time on transport. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, one of those places where you feel well looked after from check-in to check-out. The gym and pool facilities were a real highlight: modern, spotless, and ideal for unwinding after a busy day in London. The rooms were stylish and modern with a luxe-but-comfy vibe that made it hard to leave. And the lounge? Super inviting, perfect for relaxed drinks and snacks while soaking up the atmosphere. Would happily stay again! ✨

The guest relations were excellent, with a complimentary treat from the hotel every day. The room was beautiful, and the hotel is right in the heart of London.

The service was excellent! They even gave us a free upgrade since it was our first time staying at their hotel. The location and surrounding area are great too!

A great hotel the only downside was the restaurants were closed for renovation other than that perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our honeymoon. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. They kindly assisted us with storing our luggage, allowing us to briefly return to use the restroom and change, and arranging a taxi to the airport with enough space for our luggage. Everything was handled smoothly and with great hospitality. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.
