Good Location, ok Room, nice Pool but Front Desk communicated wrong opening times to many hotel guests which then came too late to swim.

The hotel cleanness is terrible. My family was bit by bugs in bed and we asked the hotel cleaner to clean the bed thoroughly. But when we were back to the hotel around 11:00 PM, we only found that the bed was made and no other cleaning was done. Also, there was a false fire alarm at 1:00am one night and most guests were wake up and went down to the lobby to find it was a false alarm.
