Didn't expect much. Didn't get much. Everything is OK I guess. The location is not that ideal for it's price. If it's cheaper I suppose it will be a more satisfied experience.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the subway, and the streets along the way are clean; basic facilities are also provided, but there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness; the staff are smiling and polite!

Wasn't expecting to like the room/hotel as much as I did. We only stayed 2 nights. The room was plenty big enough for 2 of us. The bed was a small double but it was comfy, pillows were adequate. Have had far worse in more expensive hotels. The bathroom was clean, a great shower, spacious with good pressure. Typical tea coffee options in the room. The reception staff were great. Very friendly. Check in/out was easy 5 mins from the tube. Already booked in for next yr.

The walls here are so thin you can hear everything from the reception answering the phone, to someone turning on a light switch. We went to bed at 11pm on a Friday and lay there until about 2am listening to guests come back from their night out. Nobody was being loud, it was just footsteps and doors opening! Now at 8am someone is hoovering, and that's it we have no choice but to be awake. The rooms are clean, but they have replaced carpet with hard flooring everywhere and there is no effort to sound proof. Avoid, unless you just need a place to crash after one night out.

This was the cheapest hotel I could find to stay in after a night out in a nightclub nearby where we didn't really need anything much more than a bed! A basic hotel but clean enough and met our needs. The gentleman at reception was friendly and we had a good sleep. The location is good for shops, bars, restaurants etc. We had a very nice meal nearby. There was a small fridge and tea making facilities.

No AC ! Unbelievable! ! You have to ask for a fan. And tbis is during London’s heatwave! And they advertise free parking but when you get there they’ll say oh parking is at another property not here! False advertising. Terrible place. Would not recommend.

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel for 12 nights, in May, and we had the most comfortable room. It was just big enough for the two of us and all our luggage and it was quiet and away from the main road, plus a non-smoking room. Close to all amenities and very close to the city...we used buses to get around and it was all very easy to do so. The only bad things, however, were that the fridge was not very cold and I had to throw away some medication as a result and the double bed was a bit small (we are used to sleeping in Queen sized beds) but I guess we paid for a double so really couldn't fault it as it was on us. :) Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much and would use it again in the future.

The room was better and bigger than it looked in the photos which was a nice surprise. The beds and pillows were so amazing and comfortable that we are glad we could have a sleep-in while staying here. They were accommodating in letting us leave our bags there from 830am on the morning of our check-in. Although there were many different people at the front desk during our two nights, each one was friendly. Nothing about the hotel specifically is a negative but be aware that the underground is a bit of a walk away. Also, the hotel is on a side street so a little tricky to find so keep an eye out for the street name. There was a pub at the end of the night and a secure garage or door out our window that beeps to each time it is used so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Again, not an issue with the hotel at all.

I visited a business colleague this evening and simply asked the 2 men in the front desk whether I could use a toilet while I waited to meet up with my colleague. They were laughing for only God knows what, and just did bother to assist. You wonder how these people can be employed in the Front Desk of a hotel in a central London location.

I stay in hotels all over the U.K for work and I have done this for around 10 years. I’ve stayed in premiere inns, travelodges etc. this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. So much in fact, I have stayed here since November 2021. I’m a builder so I don’t have any connections to the hotel, meaning I’m leaving a real review. Arman the manager is by far and away one of the best hotel managers I have met, all the staff here are. The hotel is immaculate. Fresh linen everyday and the room cleaned everyday. The other hotels have stopped doing this because of covid. They also do it in a safe way, whilst we are at work. I think this is much better than leaving the rooms as hygiene is important. Anyway, I’m rambling. This place is a good place and my advice is, if you’re due to stay in London then stay here.

I went with my daughter. We had a very good time at the hotel. Very clean, brand new bathroom. Silent. Staff very helpful in satisfying various requests. Reception open 24/7. No breakfast. Well linked. I advise
