I've booked here multiple times. It's about a 15-minute walk to Tower Bridge. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially for Europe. Breakfast was substantial but the options never changed. Fresh fruit and lemonade were always available in the lobby. The service was excellent.

The room was really clean and spacious with the large window with city view and really quiet. The service was excellent and very pleasant. Travelled with family so we were able to have some fun and great time!!

We visited for my husbands birthday and our Wedding anniversary. The hotel was stunning from the entrance to the lounge decor to the room. We were kindly given an upgrade and were so very grateful. The room was amazing, nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was brilliant, a great selection and something for everyone. The location is perfect. Thank you so much for making our stay in London just perfect. We will definitely be back. Thanks Jade and Simon

The hotel is excellent with excellent health club. Room lovely and clean. Only minor negative is the location away from central London. We twice dinners and food was superb .

We booked for a king room but got twin beds instead stuck together. It was a special night for my wife however, they have ruined it by giving terrible service. They don’t pick up calls when trying to contact reception. There’s no AC. Staff tried to help out but the manager at night was not helpful at all as they couldn’t do anything. We ordered more duvet for the twin beds that we did not order but gave us dirty yellow stain duvet. Absolutely horrible service and disgusting Covers. My wife was really upset and really made the special night devastating as it was hard to sleep at night because of the beds.

It is a really amazing residency and lively place, they were very well, the pool was amazing, ofcourse some persons used their cell phone, maybe the team have to nitice nd set a penalty, the room was very good and big, and the facilities was perfect
