The room was clean and you could cook inside, and the TV supported screen mirroring. The hotel's location is excellent, with direct subway access to all major attractions. There are many great Middle Eastern restaurants nearby worth trying. The only downside is that the hotel's AI front desk requires contact via WhatsApp, which is difficult for Chinese travelers.

This is my second time in the UK, and I booked an apartment so I could cook for myself for a few days. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and convenient it was. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. It's a very new apartment! The bathroom style is quite similar to Japanese ones, except for the lack of a bidet toilet seat.

I stayed here for a total of 7 days, split into two separate stays, during my time in London. The location gets a 4.5/5 – it's about a 15-minute walk from Paddington Station, close to a Big Bus blue line stop, a Tesco within 5 minutes, and Marks & Spencer within 10 minutes, plus two Tube stations nearby. Room amenities are a 4.5/5; the room isn't huge but has everything you need. The bed was quite comfortable, though the sofa bed was just okay. The bathroom was large but a bit basic, which might have been my fault for accidentally booking an accessible room. There's a small kitchenette with a hot plate, which was a lifesaver for my Chinese palate in a city known for its 'food desert' (for Chinese food, at least!), but the sink was tiny, making washing things a bit difficult. Overall service gets a 4/5; I'm docking a point because during my first stay, the sofa bed didn't have sheets or a duvet cover. I had a lengthy conversation with their WhatsApp chatbot before they finally sent a set of pillowcases, a sheet, and a duvet cover – it was a hassle. Like other serviced apartments, cleaning is mostly DIY, but they can help with rubbish disposal if it piles up.

I've stayed here on my last two trips to London. It's really convenient, located near Paddington Station. It's about a 15-minute express train ride from Heathrow, or around 30 minutes on the Elizabeth Line to Paddington, then just a 10-minute walk to the hotel. Getting around is easy, whether by taxi or Tube. There are M&S and Tesco supermarkets nearby, and plenty of dining options. Plus, you can even walk to Hyde Park for a stroll, it's not too far.
