The hotel location is good. My room faced a back alley and was dark, but other than that, I was satisfied.

Great location but no parking provided. Great amenities in room, slippers provided upon request. The photo shows is exactly what you get in real. Very clean room, lots of space and with great amenities and necessary equipment provided. Love the room and definitely will come back next time.

I stayed in a suite with a living room and a small open-plan kitchen, which was great for making a simple breakfast. The washing machine was also very convenient. Unfortunately, on the day I left, the elevator broke down and I was trapped inside for over an hour. An ambulance was even called, but thankfully I was fine. The hotel offered me some compensation, but I'm still not sure if I'll receive it.

Well located (close to Holborn tube station) but very average amenities…infrequent servicing of the room, small (hard to layout luggage for a family), terrible A/C (too hot, hard to try and regulate temp by cracking a window open) and overlooked by office blocks from the bedroom windows…to be honest you can do better for the money…not great for family travel

Everything was good the only thing is the housekeeping comes every two days, in our case our suite never gets cleaned

Had a wonderful stay and location was great with loads of food options nearby. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful - Annette was a exceptional

I stayed over at Lincoln Suites (Kingsway Studio) couple of weeks back. I thought the hotel was located in a very good location, considering the metro as well as the British Museum just minutes of walk away. It's also very near Covent Garden, Chinatown as well as numerous theatres. Room wise, I have no problems - it was clean, my bed was comfy and high and there was plenty of space with amenities like a small fridge as well as a stove and coffee machine. Walking back at night I felt safe as well and the location is abundant with food choices, as well as a supermarket nearby. The only gripe I had was the air-conditioning is fixed at 21°C (it got quite cold at night) was well as the odd hours of checking in at 4pm!?

VERY central location, close, or with direct tube connection, to many attractions in London. Very well equipped room - we made good use of the kitchen and washing machine. Would definitely go back again.

Very good location and convenience going to Covent Garden, the facilities are very good for family and will stay there again if going to London next time.

Excellent place to stay in London.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, 5 mins walk to Holborn Station and Covent Garden Station, making it extremely easy to get around central London. The property itself is very clean and the room is very quiet, no noise whatsoever day or night. Staffs are very friendly and there is even laundry facilities in the basement! Always a bonus when you are traveling with families and kids. I will for sure return when I visit London again!!
