The location of the hotel is within a modern and clean area with multiple commercial and residential buildings around. There are many restaurants in this area. It’s a very safe and pleasant place to stay.

Excellent modern hotel in a prime location, with great public transport links including several lines and walking distance to the station. The room was a bit small, and ours didn't have a view, but that's London for you. It had everything you needed, and it was great to easily stream from services on the TV after a long day out.

The Wi-Fi in the room on the first night was incredibly slow. After contacting staff and switching rooms on the second day, the internet speed returned to normal. It's quite close to the subway station.

The room was nice and quiet. A bottle of water was refilled daily and was sufficient for a solo traveller

The room was a bit small, but acceptable for a short stay. The hotel is relatively new, however, the hygiene was quite poor. One towel had black spots and another had red stains, which was very off-putting. I recommend bringing your own towels.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The environment is comfortable and pleasant, and it is conveniently located right next to the underground station, making transportation extremely easy. It is especially ideal if you are going to a concert at The O2—it is just one stop away!

The room facilities are complete, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is fresh. I stayed for five days. There are also many dining options nearby, as well as a small park. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the pier.
