We had a lovely stay. We went to a Motown show which was great. The room was lovely, everything we needed and the food and service was excellent. The receptionist on arrival was very welcoming. The pianist in the foyer was also a nice touch. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would stay again.

First time staying at this beautiful hotel and definitely would recommend if coming to the Walled City for a trip or just an overnight stay. 5 mins taxi from the city which is cheap as chips so simply park up the car and off you go.

Derry Girls afternoon tea was well worth the price. Lovely food, Pearce the bar manager was very helpful and chatty. Chose even numbered rooms to avoid traffic noise.

I visited the Everglades for the afternoon tea with my mum and my granny. The staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond for us. We’re sad we missed the Derry girls ducks but it was a really great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

My partner and I had a blast celebrating our 25th anniversary at this amazing hotel! We were greeted with a bottle of prosecco and a chocolates surprise in our room💕😍. The staff were super friendly, and the bartender was a real charmer, making our evenings extra special. The food was delicious, and the whole experience was just fantastic. Highly recommend it for a fun and memorable stay!❤️🥰

I stayed for a night with my boyfriend, and had a very enjoyable time at the Everglades hotel. Warm, welcoming staff, with outstanding food and service, a beautiful bar, decorative rooms and in a convenient location- will definitely be back !

Me and my husband went for a short getaway and were greeted by the loveliest staff who were very attentive to all me and my husband’s needs. My favourite part of the hotel was the restaurant and beautifully decorated library bar. The restaurant and bar staff were all well trained, very kind and knowledgeable. Me and my husband both agreed that the a**osphere and food was one of the best we have experienced. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, a little out of town but bus stop just outside and taxi very cheap. breakfast was not great, soda bread and potato bread were rock hard as if they had been deep fried and beans were cold. The staff were more than helpful but unfortunately we were not impressed overall.
