Premier Inn Derry / Londonderry hotel

It was ok, some confusion with the booking and a bit slow to sort it out.

It would be nice if they would also put even 1 bottle of water. And have some toothbrush even if the guess will pay. However overall is good the cleanliness the the bed is very comfortable.

Hotel was located at a very convenient place. Ample parking lots. Room was clean but the bed was too soft for my back.

Ideal location, just after entering Derry. 5 minute drive outside city centre, 1 minute away from Altnagelvin Area Hospital. Price was very reasonable. Check-in was quick and easy, pleasant staff. Room was large and spotlessly clean. Bed was super comfy and blackout curtains were excellent. A perfect hotel for a quick business trip to Derry, although I'd have no problems staying here for leisure either. Only downside was people walking/ making noise in room above late into the night - staff were helpful in asking them to be quiet.

Clean and welcoming. Bath was high for climbing in and out of the shower though. Breakfast was good. Staff there were also friendly and efficent.

room is absolutely flawless, restaurant is lovely, a special shout out to sam from the reception who was just brilliant. made us feel very welcome, and a generally funny guy! thank you sam :)

We stayed here with the family and had a really pleasant experience from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, and everything felt well looked after. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything we needed. A special shout-out to Gareth, who truly went the extra mile to make our stay even better – it didn’t go unnoticed! Would definitely recommend and happily stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights while we were having work done in our house. The staff were all really polite and helpful, especially the young man at reception every evening. The carpet in our rooms (we had 2 - interconnecting) looked brand new, the bathrooms were beautifully done and the rooms were spotlessly clean. It's true about their beds, they are the most comfortable beds ever! I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the rooms are, some of the biggest we've had in hotels and we've been to many over the years. We never stayed in a Premier Inn before but I can honestly say, I will be trying out many more of them on our travels. I was thinking to myself how much better it was than the 4 star Hilton London Heathrow and out of nowhere my husband said exactly what I was thinking. The restaurant staff were also lovely and again, couldn't do enough for you. From the servers to the managers they were all great. A special mention for Nicole who was a very polite but quiet young lady who did her job well. There was also a lovely lady (management I think) from Poland who was so accommodating and was a lovely person. All in all we had a lovely stay and didn't meet a single staff member that was anything less than wonderful! So thank you very much to everyone at Premier Inn Derry for a fantastic stay!
