Great time stayed in 9 London perfect for us. Food great as were all staff especially Kaysie on reception who went above and beyond. Can’t wait to return. Added bonus of getting pic with Andrea Corr!

Visited the Bishopsgate hotel for a birthday/anniversary weekend. The hotel itself is located right in middle of city with short walks to the city walls, peace Bridge, shops and restaurants. Hotel itself is stunning inside and we were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and beautiful inside. Staff are all top class all very professional and friendly. We ate out both nights but the breakfasts we had both mornings were delicious with lots of variety. Loved our stay and will definitely return

My partner and I had dinner in THE GOWN RESTAURANT which was absolutely fantastic. Food was really full of flavor, service was fantastic and friendly the restaurant has a lovely ambiance very relaxing one of the best meals I have had in a very long time.

The staff (Robyn, Patrick, Laura) were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We celebrated our anniversary by having dinner here, and the restaurant staff (David, Laura, Sean) made our night special. They even made us a special dessert!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent customer service.. Room very comfortable and warm but a little dark perhaps due to type of building. Food was very good and well presented. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay .

This is in my opinion the best hotel in Derry. We took advantage of the foodie offer. Our room was beautiful. Fabulous big comfy bed and tastefully decorated. Huge bathroom with walk in shower. Robes and slippers and big fluffy towels. We dined in the restaurant and the food was devine. Great menu, great wine list and delicious cocktail menu. Breakfast was delicious too. Very chilled vibe in the hotel. The staff are fantastic nothing too much trouble. The staff are what makes this hotel so good. It's positioned right in heart of derry. Walking distance to everything. We used valet parking only £15.00 and you know your car is safe. All left to say is a big thank you and see you soon.
