這裡是當地朋友推薦的，入住體驗非常不錯，旁邊有酒店餐廳，牛排很好吃。對面有咖啡廳，教堂，去哪裡都可以讓大堂經理幫你訂車。

Em 2022 nós hospedamos nesse hotel.
Gostamos tanto que resolvemos hospedar nele novamente.
Dentro todos os pontos positivos o que mais gostaria de ressaltar, além do maravilhoso café da manhã, onde as refeições são preparadas no local, comandada por uma chefe de cozinha altamente gabaritada, é a gentileza dos funcionários.
O hotel dispõe de um restaurante, no qual jantávamos todos os dias, com um comida maravilhosa.
Enfim, mais uma vez a hospedagem superou minhas expectativas.

Precisa de melhorias com urgência. Tudo velho, cheirando mofo, torneira sem água fria, somente água quente e pelando. Ar condicionado não funciona. Péssimo! Me hospedei há anos atrás e não foi dessa forma. Hotel está precisando com urgência de reparos ou até mesmo reforma. Travesseiros horríveis. Tive que colocar um cachecol para forrar os travesseiros de péssimo o cheiro

O ponto alto deste hotel é o café da manhã que é muito bom, valendo destacar o ótimo atendimento do garçom que nos atendeu.
Inicialmente tivemos um pequeno problema no nosso check in devido ao tipo de quarto reservado, cuja funcionária da recepção se mostrou bastante intransigente, mas foi prontamente resolvido pela gerente do hotel, que nos alocou em outro quarto que nos atendeu perfeitamente.
Hotel muito bem localizado, ótimo chuveiro e camas muito confortáveis.

Não tivemos problemas com absolutamente nada. Limpeza excelente, cama confortável, banheiro com uma ducha ótima, bom atendimento e um dos melhores cafés da manhã com que já nos deparamos.
Apesar de ser um hotel visivelmente antigo, não deixa nada a desejar!

fomos à Foz e na ida paramos no hotel. quarto ok e cafe da manha bem servido. na volta paramos no msm hotel. Mas nos decepcionamos. Fomos direcionado para um quarto horrível. box com vazamento, alagou o banheiro, ac com cheiro de mofo e barulhento. Hotel tem quartos reformados e outros bem velhos. O cafe da manha continuou mto bem servido. Atencao aos quartos antigos.

Boa escolha em Londrina.. Cidade carente de hotéis novos. A maioria necessita de reformas. O Sumatra não foge à regra, porém tem o diferencial de um bom café da manhã, ótimo atendimento de recepção e localização. Estacionamento coberto utilizado durante os 3 dias sem problemas.
