You can see the bay, but the view is not very magnificent. The sea view is a bit expensive and not worth it. The price of hotels in this area is very high, and the price/performance ratio is not bad. Parking charges, convenient for eating around.

Horrible stay. You should let people know before they book the hotel that it is under construction and none of the listed popular amenities are available. Wake up to hammering and sawing... No hot water in shower... Ice machine broke... No pool... No hot tub... The list goes on. But hey if you want their breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, toast and old bacon in the conference room since the restaurant is closed it's only gonna cost $30 a person. Smoking deal. The bar is closed as well. Was here on a busy weekend so it was NOT cheap. VERY DISSATISFIED.

Amazing customer service
We had issues at another hotel near by. Went on line and booked this hotel, we were 2 hours early for check in which they had no problem with. We explained what had happen at the previous place and the girl behind the counter gave us a room credit for food for $75. She didn’t have to do that but I think she could see how flustered we were and she just made our day better. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name.

This hotel should be avoided. They do not respect reservations at all. I had a prepaid confirmed room costing $500 per night and on arrival late at night was told there are no rooms and was sent elsewhere - to a different room category and no transportation offered until I insisted given the time and having luggage. As the hotel knew they were overbooked advance warning would have let me make plans to change away from them but instead they wanted to keep the money and do a bait and switch by offering a lower equivalent product to what was paid for. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time and completely unacceptable for a large brand like Marriott.
