The website photos and "amenities" listed online are absolutely incorrect. First, you have to deposit $100 cash and are warned you won't get it back if you damage the room. Gave us a hand signed slip of paper and told us that if we lost it, we wouldn't get the $100 back. Going into the building was difficult because the card reader barely worked. Our room on the 2nd floor was disgusting. Black mold growing above the toilet. Cracked window. Drywall damage all over the room. The sheets had stains on them. Threadbare blankets, and lumpy pillows. The TV remote barely worked. Could only use the channel down button. No other buttons worked. Bare light bulbs, torn lamp shades, florescent light in bathroom, mismatched light bulb colors in bedside lights. Zero sound proofing. Heard everything all night. A sanitizer sprayer with a low battery beeped for the entire 2 days we were there. Every 8 seconds...fun to count the beeps while trying to sleep on the creepy bed that rolled away when you sat on it. 3 towels in a room that sleeps 4. No hairdryer, no safe (which is advertised on their website). Trying to take a shower was a danger. The antislip pads on the bottom of the tub was so worn that I slipped and injured my shin getting in. There were no handles to hold on to getting in. The shower head leaked all over the place. There was also a broken window in the bathroom. Let's talk fire safety. The room doors don't shut automatically behind you. The door to the stairs was always left propped open with a towel. Other missing amenities: the was no pool (which is also advertised), and no breakfast (also advertised). It's in a seedy neighborhood and is NOT close to the beach. Don't expect to be able to walk to attractions easily. Finally, checking out, we had to sign a blank paper as a record that the $100 was given back. They didn't offer a receipt for our stay, and was reluctant to give one. Don't stay here unless you are desperate.
