Inn at 50 - Long Beach Convention Center

I loved the 2 separate bedrooms. The color scheme was beautiful.

Friendly staff

Service was rude. Desk service made an assumption that the people who were in the room were all staying which absolutely was not the case. We were all meeting up there because we were all going to dinner together. As I was walking my friend to her car the person at the desk stared the entire five minutes directly at us the whole time. Creepy! And then my other friend was leaving but her car would not start so she had to wait for someone to either tow it or fix it and the concierge was notified of that. However he said she has to leave even though she wasn’t staying there over night and he said something about an 8pm curfew which I was never notified of prior to staying there. So he wanted her to wait OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN in Long Beach. Mind you we were also not being loud or disruptive! And he was telling us that rooms 124 and 125 were complaining about us after we had just gotten back for dinner and we were there not even 10 minutes. And I said I’ll make sure to apologize to them and he said no because they are leaving at 2am. And he kept talking about the policy of 8pm. So which is it? This place was super uncomfortable to stay it. And I would never stay here again. And to top it off, the towels that were in our bathroom had GRAY streaks on them. None of us had even used them yet. As well as the pillows were dirty too. Oh AND bathroom window had black moldy looking stuff on window sill

Room was nice and clean. Parking limited. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would return to stay there for sure.

Was a nice comfortable room for a family of 4 very clean . I love the details of our room. Planing to return soon. We planned to stay 1 day and we ended up booking another day . I recommend this place . Their great restaurants around the area . Beach is so close

The hotel is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach, the convention center, many restaurants. The coffee machine and breakfast bars in the check-in office were perfect for me, but there is also a Qargo coffee shop right around the corner and a Vons with a Starbucks less than 5 minute walk away. Everything was clean and neat.

The room was clean and in a great location. However, the parking situation isn’t the best. It is “first come first serve” and if you don’t get there in time you have to pay $25 to park quite a ways away
