The sound insulation of the hotel is relatively poor. There are a lot of sounds outside the door. The service is very good. The location is very good and you can see the holiday lighting facilities opposite. The old four-star facilities are relatively old. I will consider staying again.

Point blank - this is the best hotel of all time. I hosted my wedding here and to say the hospitality was incredible was an understatement. I booked out 75+ rooms and each guest was well accommodated for. The Westin team met every one of our requests - and did so at a reasonable price. I could not have asked for a better experience. 11/10 recommend!

I came to stay at the Westin while speaking at a conference at the convention center... there were full, busy days, and I LOVED having this hotel be an oasis of calm while I was working, prepping for a talk, or decompressing. The pool is nice and just big enough to do very short laps, the food is great, and the best part is the service - Kasia at the front desk and Antemio were two of the people who made my stay even better. I'll stay there again in the future, any time I go to Long Beach!
