酒店隔音比較差 門外的聲音很多，服務很好位置很好能看到對面的假日燈光設施，老牌四星設施相對老舊，還會考慮再次入住。

裝修很新、床很舒服，大堂很豪華，性價比好。沒有洗衣房。隔音不太好，馬桶抽水巨響，有二層被子蠻厚的。

It is a great hotel! We had a wonderful experience, starting with the staff. Javier is a smart and funny guy! 😁 The food and drinks were good. We had a beer flight at the hotel bar. I recommend Modern Times - Black House Stout if it's available. We stayed in a room on the 16th floor. The place was spacious, bed very comfortable, and a fantastic view.

This was a great experience from the time my wife and I stepped into the beautiful hotel to the time of departure. The Entrance and ambiance is magical. Staff definitely out did their self making our 1st year anniversary very special. We were greeted with a customized post card of congratulations, wine and a delicious cake. Staff helped us with restaurant recommendations, romantic experiences and navigating the beautiful downtown Long Beach and even took out pictures throughout our stay. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.Im already planning to go back in July . Thank you Steff, Tiffani, Tommy, Gaby and Kasia. You all rock. The Westin Long Beach is a vibe, one of the Best Hotels I’ve stayed at.

I've stayed at the Westin Long Beach MANY times for business. The location also makes it an ideal property for recreational travelers, and it's a fine property for local "weekend getaways". It's right in the heart of coastal Long Beach, and walking distance to the city's best attractions - beaches, the Aquarium, the Terrace Theater, the Convention Center, The Pike, Shoreline Village, etc... For folks flying in early for a cruise departing from the Long Beach cruise terminal, it's a great choice. The restaurant is fine, and there are lots of good dining choices in the neighborhood. Staff were uniformly courteous, friendly, and professional. Chloe at the front desk was particularly accommodating. Note that they recently started charging a $25.00 per night "Destination Fee" that can be applied to food and beverage, which appears designed to boost food and beverage sales. I'm not a fan. For you Bonvoy elites, there's no Concierge Lounge on site.
