This place itself is just ok, but the location is terrific. Rooms are humid with vague odor of smoke in our non-smoking room. Our toilet broke after one flush but they immediately gave us a different and equivalent room. The bathroom was small and like permanently stained. But at least parking was ample and only $5/night. I think I’d recommend this place to anyone pressed for money and brave

I rented the room 3 nights for my Mother and Sister, they were here visiting me. I got them checked in and no later than an hour passes by and they Ubered back to my apar**ent, because they refused to stay there, due to how dirty the room and blankets were. So I had to have them stay in small apar**ent the entire time. Was told room wasn't refundable so I had to pay over $400 for a room no one ever stayed the night in due to how filthy and creep this hotel is.

Room was extremely messy. Sheets were dirty. I requested new sheets and the replacement sheets had holes in them. the mattress was disgusting, full of holes and stains. I woke up with bug bites, very concerning for bed bugs. Extremely disappointing stay.

I see that they are making attempts at renovations. Ie: new flooring, sinks, restroom walls and paint. However, they kept the same yellowed towel rods, the shower head, bath faucet and toilet paper holder are rusty. It was hard to activate the shower as the "pull up" was rusty. Why would you remodel the restroom and leave old fixtures? Also, the comforter(s) and blankets are dated. The mattress was definitely too soft and on a metal frame that made it noisey. Made me definitely second guess my decision to stay and or immediately request a refund and leave. There were no trash bags in the trash cans. The pool area borders a restaurant with outdoor dining. There should be lattice and or some sort of ivy that helps partition and provide some sort of privacy. Instead, worn and ratty tarps were used. In the future, I will definitely pay the extra $100 to stay down the street at another hotel.

This would have been a great stay If they could at least make the internet work. With substandard pillows and sheets, rust on the bathroom and AC unit and barely a blanket on the bed I could still live with it because the price was reasonable. But in this day and age if you can't give me internet then you rendered me useless and it makes the whole trip unbearable. I don't understand how companies can skimp out on internet when it's absolutely necessity even more important than the air and water sometimes.

Very poor service. Staff required $45 CASH payment for additional 6 hours parking on property (or car will be towed) during sporting event (Long Beach GP), after spending $800+ for 2-day stay at a Travelodge. All business done behind locked doors and bullet-proof glass. Aggressive homeless encounter in the elevator. Room marginal but clean.
