This place itself is just ok, but the location is terrific. Rooms are humid with vague odor of smoke in our non-smoking room. Our toilet broke after one flush but they immediately gave us a different and equivalent room. The bathroom was small and like permanently stained. But at least parking was ample and only $5/night. I think I’d recommend this place to anyone pressed for money and brave

I rented the room 3 nights for my Mother and Sister, they were here visiting me. I got them checked in and no later than an hour passes by and they Ubered back to my apartment, because they refused to stay there, due to how dirty the room and blankets were. So I had to have them stay in small apartment the entire time. Was told room wasn't refundable so I had to pay over $400 for a room no one ever stayed the night in due to how filthy and creep this hotel is.

Right in the heart of Long Beach CA, you are minutes walking distance from great restaurants and the beach. The staff cares about you and the property so you can get a peaceful rest. My go to hotel

Such a convenient location (1) with the beach & marina so close (left on Atlantic Ave, left to Ocean, right to Shoreline & left to Beach Access Rd). (2) VONS grocery store to right, along with (3) great restaurants like The Crab Shack. Ivan, Gulimerro and Sean at front desk were wonderful! Our double queen room had refrig and balcony. Easy dropoff and pickup (we used Uber).

Parking was on the property. Easy check-out and easy check-in. Liked the personal balcony. Walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and the beach area as well as a grocery store. Didn't have to deal with staff much except at check-in/check-out but if and when I did, they were respectful and helpful.
Elevator reeked of urine. Neighbors were incredibly noisy at around 2AM/3AM. There was no housekeeping, which was fine with me but the room still looked like a couple spots were missing a nice cleaning prior. Sheets had some stains. Headboard was dirty. Some areas dusty. If housekeeping wasn't going to go through each day, then I feel extra towels, soaps, etc should be placed in the room.
