The midnight check-in guy was friendly and helpful, and disclosed their $25 "Service Fee" which states $20 on their sign pictured here and then itemized $22+tax on my receipt; the front desk manager was arrogantly defensive and unhelpful telling me to call ******* when questioned upon check-out and failed to find their fine print on my Trip.com receipts that clearly state all taxes and fees are included in the stated total, bad business practices.

The Hotel added a $25 service fee for each day booked. They did this upon check-in. This was not mentioned in the booking information for this hotel. The booking fees are not refundable, and they reminded me of this fact. So you have the choice of losing the total paid for the booking, or pay the service fee for each day. So the pricing driving you to make the choice to book this hotel is now higher by $25 per night.
Trip.com paid the service fee due to the bate and switch that the hotel pulled on me. The room was very small, but it was clean. The hotel is under construction, so the floor is plywood in the hallway.
There is no parking available. What ever you can find on a very busy Lime street.
I cannot recommend this hotel for the reasons given above.

parking is 1 block behind the hotel. the hotel doesnt have acbut it has very nice heat. roomsd are beautiful. i usually stay at othjer hotels in long beach like bestwestern but this hotel will be my choice of next time.

5 Stars. Was here for convention for 4 nights and its great for long stay. The rooms are cute and comfortable. Despite the terrible storm and rain the location was not far from convention. Will be my go to hotel in long beach.
