Family stayed overnight in 2 x rooms last week, 9th April 2024. So pleased the motel is 'pet friendly' for my 2 x doggies; rooms were so clean....BUT...CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM...Despite prior reviews the following 2 x issues had still not still not been attended to: 1/ Unit 5 had very little/no hot water (didn't realise until later in the evening); and, 2/ The bbq was still not working, We took our meats etc for a bbq breakfast. Luckily??we used the guest kitchen to cook but the stove was so outdated it took so long to heat. Happy but also disappointed. Bruce

Nice and convenient for a holiday or short stay. Close to Diggers RSL club for meals and entertainment. Beachesband lake near by and plenty of cafe's serving great food and coffee.

The staff were manager was helpful and let us into our room personally and showed us where everything was etc. The room itself was quite small (we had a queen and a single bed for ourselves and our son). Whilst the air conditioner was good, it was so loud that we had to turn it off at night to sleep. There was sand on the floor and someone's soap was still in the shower. Our bed was comfortable but our sons bed was on wheels and kept moving when he was sitting up trying to watch tv. TV had netflix etc but you had to sign up or in yourself...It is a really old property which has obviously gone through alot of updates over the years but was adequate for one night's stay.

Great little place for a getaway , close to water and shops and bars , loved the pool and spa area . Very friendly people . Even let us stay to 11am at no cost for checkout

A wonderful motel to stay in!!! Nothing was a problem. We came in without a booking and the lovely manager had closed the books but reopened to accommodate us. The plumber had been in that afternoon she asked for us to give her 20 minutes and she came and cleaned the bathroom and her lovely helper mopped the floor. Rooms are wonderfully clean and well stocked with all you need. Love the addition of the table and chairs to make it cosy. With a short walk to Diggers RSL it was an all round win and I highly recommend staying here.
