Beautiful Beach Longboat Key Townhouse

This place exceeded all expectations, absolutely amazing and excellent location. We went as a family of 4 (kids ages 2 & 4)The garage was stocked with every single thing you need for the beach - chairs , kids toys, coolers, boogie boards, you name it, and a wagon to haul it all in. They had fishing stuff as well, nice grill and all things needed for bbq/cookout if that’s your jam. The townhouse itself was spectacular, they had helpful labels with tips/info throughout the home which I thought was a nice touch. Spacious rooms , comfortable beds , nice showers, stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a beach right across the street with easy access, which we visited a few times (went week of Memorial Day and the main public beaches were packed, so this was perfect) . Coquina beach is less than 10 min drive and a massive public beach with free parking , showers , etc. All in all I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in the longboat key area, it checked all the boxes and then some for us. We would definitely come back!

Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of space. More mugs for morning coffee would be helpful.

This was a great stay for us and our family! It was super clean, lots of room and had everything and more than we could want! We did need anything while we were there! The pool was great, the beach was in walking distance and the neighborhood was very quiet. Convenient to everything. Viktor was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this property and we would stay there again!

Home Away from Home I can't say enough good about this property. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need when furnishing this unit for their guests. You really only need to breing food and your clothes. The kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms are stocked with the essentials and the garage has everything you would need for the perfect beach day. Although the unit isn't ocean front it is only steps aways from the beach. The short distance to the beach is easy and well worth the short walk. The owner was wonderful to work with and check in was a breeze. In addition tothe amazing unit the amenities at the clubhouse and the staff was everything i could ask for. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel apart of rhis wonderful community. My family and I will be back!

Great location to the beach! The kids enjoyed all the amenities the tennis courts, gym, pool and fishing dock. The Condo is functionally furnished for anyone, big kids or young ones. We loved the space and the comfortable beds. Hopefully we will be back again soon. Host was quick to respond with any concerns or questions.
