Island Time: Open August 16th - 25th!

Nothing short of amazing. Before our trip even started Heidi was sending us recommendations of local food and things to do. When we arrived our room was cute, clean, and filled with all the things needed for a beach trip along with a perfect beach view! While there we received a text to check our front door and there was a baggie filled with a sweet treat and drinks from Heidi. She was amazing. When we return to Long Boat Key we will surely book with her again!

Everything was as stated in the description. The location is very convenient, mid-island, Catholic Church is 5mins north and Publix supermarket & CVS are 4 mins south of the unit. The balcony view is unparalleled. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves, practically lapping at the door, can't be beat. Perfect for a couples getaway. This is a small building with just two stories, everything is just a few steps away, the beach, the pool, and your car. Harry's deli (highly recommend) is just 5 mins north, we picked up some amazing crab cakes and soups and a bottle of wine, and stayed in the first night, with a quiet dinner on her balcony overlooking the water. Heidi the owner is a hands on host, excellent communication and attention to detail.

AMAZING stay! Will 100% be returning! Between communication & accommodations, she surpassed any host I’ve ever interacted with! The room was the perfect space for my husband & I and being right on the water was so convenient & gorgeous!

I had everything I needed. It was comfortable and had a tremendous view of the Gulf. Heidi was very attentive and sent a text prior to arrival with suggestions of local things to do, as well as links to several restaurants in the area. I used that text several times! She is a very helpful and thoughtful host.I stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Usually the beaches are packed like sardines that weekend, but that was not the case. Traffic was light most of the time, and I did not have any trouble getting into a restaurant. It was quiet at night and peaceful through the day. It was a wonderfully, relaxing time, and I am definitely planning to come back.

We had the best time! The description of the place is right on! It’s peaceful, quiet, and not to busy. The grounds were pretty and clean. Our room was quaint and perfect for the two of us. Heidi the host communicated as if she knew us, left little extras to spoil us, and was on top of it! We will totally stay here and recommend this place to many. This is a great area in between two cool places to explore.
