Welcome to Unit 12 at the Cabana Beach Club—your peaceful waterfront escape directly facing the bay and canal. This charming one-bedroom, one-bath corner unit offers extra privacy, as there are only three units on the entire property, creating an intimate and serene setting by the water. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the canal, and coastal décor designed for comfort and relaxation. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the bathroom offers a walk-in shower. A queen-size pullout sofa in the living room and a dining table for four make this home perfect for couples or small families. Enjoy modern conveniences including smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom and an in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside onto your private porch facing the bay, where you can sip your morning coffee while watching manatees glide by, listening to birds, or simply soaking in the calm waterfront atmosphere. When you’re ready for the beach, the white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just across the street. A heated pool is also conveniently located nearby. We own all 3 unit, ask about uni 10&11 when planning family trip. Everything you need is provided—towels, linens, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs set up on the beach, umbrella, and cooler. Just bring your suitcase and start relaxing! This is the perfect spot to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the beauty of this quiet coastal area. It was very relaxing sitting on the dock in the evenings. During the weekend mornings though, workers were right next door renovating a house. We did see a couple of manatees one day which was really cool! The place was very clean and decorated really cute, loved all the flamingos!

This cabana is a perfect spot for relaxation! It was very clean and we loved the way it was decorated… So cute and so modern. The cabana was equipped with everything we needed. Every morning we sat with our coffee and watched the manatees play in the canal. The outdoor seating was so comfortable and clean. We just had to cross the street to get to the ocean… It was wonderful. The owner, Michaela, was very responsive and very easy to communicate with. We would come back and stay here definitely.

Clean property. Fun whimsical decor. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk across the street to the beach. Beach supplies provided (excluding a cooler). Highly recommend. Will stay again!

We saw manatees in the canal as described- they came out late morning/ early afternoon. The unit was very thoughtfully furnished and decorated and made for a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect for a couple. Watched manatees right from the dock! The pool was nice across the street and the beach was gorgeous! Great location and lots of nice restaurants nearby. Cabana was very clean and stocked and loved the decor!!

This is the third year we have come down to this property and it is perfect. The host is fantastic. Property is meticulously maintained and the location on the canal is beautiful. Highly recommend. We will be back next year!!
