I book for myself and couple friends several nights here. We are from europe Ambiance luxury . people are soo nice The beach is sooo beautiful . We loved to play racquets close to the lagoon Breakfast was nice. We had food at latitude Restaurant it was amazing i never ever ate a dessert so good in my life the entire table loved the sweets I had to ask for” to go” the cheesecake yuzu and pure chocolate Worth every pennies we spent in this resort Will be back soon

We came here from Seattle to experience East Coast with our kids. Headed to Boston from here. Pros: the beach is beautiful, the sand is white and soft, the water is so clear. The weather was perfect. Our room was a spacious one bedroom and really was quite large and well appointed. The food at the pool/beach and Latitudes restaurant was delicious. Cons: this place is WAY overpriced. Not only R we paying way too much for the room for what they deliver, they nickel and dime you for everything. Pickleball costs $35 per person, not including paddles and balls. So my family of 4 would be $140 to get on the court. Chairs/umbrellas at the beach is $85/day. We r paying $1700/night for a room and can’t sit on the beach without paying more?!? The restaurant at the resort while delicious is over priced. Bottom line, 5 star prices not 5 star service, they didn’t even offer to help us with our bags to our room at check in.

The Saturday before Easter around 12:30, all chairs were taken at both the beach and pool. I was aware it’s the busiest day of the year. The beach staff were nice about it but not helpful. Olivia and Sully at the pool were also out of chairs, but went out of their way to find a solution. They turned a disappointing situation into a great day for my son and I. Their actions are a great example of what makes LBKC Resort a top resort in the area. Kudos to Olivia and Sully.

Part of my vacation fun is seeing how different hotels operate and rooms are laid out. I am also a tough reviewer. After 4 days there, I turned to my wife on the beach and said this is the first hotel I have no quibbles with! Everything is well thought out and the staff is amazingly well trained and helpful. Who trained these people? Room service quick, beach orders quick and the food at both exceed your expectations. So part of my vacation is ruined because I had no suggestions for improvements. We'll be back.

This resort is really nice. From our check in with Helena to the beautiful 10th floor room to our check out, it was outstanding. The rooms are tastefully updated and generous sized. The balcony was large enough to have a table and two chairs for watching the shore. Olivia at the pool was efficient and friendly. Alexander at the Latitudes restaurant was unique and seemed to enjoy his job. The food was very good. If you add shrimp to your salad, know that they are enormous! The only small complaints we had were that the lights on the microwave and the clock are super bright in the middle of the night! (We covered them with a towel). Great beach for walking and easy drive by car to nice restaurants and St Armand’s Circle shopping.

Resort was nice, but housekeeping was not timely. Refrigerator was broken and kept us up at night until we unplugged it. While the resort and pool was nice, a much better value for price point could have been had nearby.

This was our first stay at the resort. We were first greeted by Dean, aka "Dean Martin," and he welcomed us like we were celebrities coming in. He helped us get to the room, gave great recommendations, and any time he saw us around the resort during our stay, he checked in on us. What a great first face to see when getting checked in. Kyle checked us in once inside. He was friendly, answered questions, and explained the resort map and amenities. Our room was on the 10th floor and had incredible views. My spouse and I were celebrating our birthdays, so we felt this was the best gift in many ways. The view was hard to put into words. We travel quite a bit, and I don't always get a chance to return and give reviews, but this place is worth all five stars. The resort is on the ocean, with chairs set up for you on the beach, umbrellas, food/drink service, and a great pool. The resort is absolutely beautiful. We are already planning our next trip. Highly recommend!!!

Service is extraordinary. Justin and his beach team (Ram & Kyle) are extremely welcoming and helpful and truly make the beach experience one of a kind. Rachel and Natalie provided top quality food and beverage service right to us on the beach to bring the whole experience to the next level. 1000 out of 10 recommend LBKC for your next beach vacation!

Even when out on the beach at the Longboat Key you find the representatives like Justin are service minded and support the initiative for the Opal Company. Justin was very professional and pleasant to work with. His attitude represented his company well and he spoke highly of his counterparts.
