Nice hotel, clean and close to Heathrow Terminal 5. I had a problem with my room and was injured due to a metal frame sticking out from the draw. Really hurt and painful!

Clean hotel. Room size is adequate and basic necessities was provided. Good location near the airport and within walking distance to MacDonald.

Hotel was a little old fashioned in the build, Service was good.
The Aviation bar with a view was fantastic, The price of drinks wasn't. £7.40 for a larger that costs me £3.90 in my local.
Hotel room was clean & very presentable but old fashioned.
Parking was expensive @ £18 a night.

Great having a room overlooking the runway. It was soundproof so we could enjoy watching the planes land without the noise.

Very welcoming and helpful receptionist. Decor needs updating,the rooms are worn and tired but very clean. Good budget option and close to T5.

We are a couple in our 70s staying ready for a flight next morning, very disappointed to find no lift in the hotel You have to carry your own luggage up the stairs to your room.
Otherwise a good overnight stay.
