Generally speaking, there are many pools, but they are very cramped during holidays. Some special pools are very small, but there are seven or eight people sitting in them, as if they are cooking dumplings. For example, I have never seen the milk pool open during my stay. Hot spring service: The hot spring service experience is very bad. In this hot spring, only one towel was issued, and I have never seen a towel. Even after I explained the situation, they still refused to replace the towels, which greatly affected the service experience. In addition, the use of wet towels can cause customers to catch colds. I think that the lack of towels and the lack of equipment for washing and drying are not the responsibility of customers, but the work that the store that opened the hot spring bath should be fully prepared for. In other words, sending a staff member to watch over the distribution of towels, like the leader's review, but still refusing to issue towels after three reviews and three questions, will not solve this problem. Of course, if this is a decision made by the staff without authorization, then I hope that management will be strengthened. The detail experience is very bad in this regard. It is very normal for hot spring towels to get wet, and it is incomprehensible to restrict the use of towels. Compared with other hot springs that provide water and snacks, the service details of limiting the use of only one bath towel... is even more uncomfortable... Especially when the floor of the steam room is hard and there is no pillow, a dry bath towel is more important for patients with lumbar disc herniation... But there are also very good points, such as the storage of hand cards, which is convenient for customers to travel around the hotel, and can extend the time and number of hot spring baths, and can experience the outdoor hot springs and scenery again at night.
