酒店前台接待管家小謝服務貼心很有禮貌 待客熱情很有耐心的講解！

設施：水上樂園，很適合孩子玩，設施比較多. 大人小孩都玩得特別開心。室外的温泉♨️温度高一些，適合長輩們. 室內的温泉温度就是恆温一點，適合孩子在室內玩。室外的水上樂園的水有點冷. 可能是因為我們去的時候是雨天吧. 總體來説，還是挺值得來玩的。 服務：酒店的管家Lucy非常nice. 給孩子準備了孩子的用品. 遇到任何事情，就算下班了，也是盡心盡責的幫我解決問題。 衞生：房間很乾凈. 室內外温泉池也很乾凈. 環境：挺適合帶父母. 孩子來度假。

設施：酒店整體環境比較新 設施齊全。選了近馬路但是陽台大一點的房間，陽台看出去就是山景，賞心悦目。 衞生：親子游最看中衞生條件。酒店和温泉中心乾淨整潔沒水跡。另外三樓的小童樂園還會定期消毒，我們消毒後去明顯聞到消毒水和紫外線燈的味道，好評！ 服務：工作人員都熱情有禮，Lucy在幫忙辦理入住時主動添加微信，有不明白都可以直接諮詢。 退房的時候還給寶寶送了小玩偶，雖然不是什麼大禮物，但足以在細微處看到服務的用心。 總體來説是非常滿意的一次旅行，下次再來！

房間乾淨衞生 適合低齡帶娃。唯一不足就是房間內的泡池水不知道為什麼水面有臟東西漂浮。酒店配了刷子我明明已經刷過一次。附近的小飯店也不少。下次再帶長輩來體驗 天氣好可以去南崑山

酒店門前全是灰，路面臟的沒法走路。酒店房間床下很臟，衞生一般。温泉池很少，一樓玩水的地方沒什麼可玩的。晚餐種類太少，完全和其他温德姆酒店的差太多。

房間整潔衞生，小朋友去温泉中心玩的很開心，是親子游的好去處，值得推薦！大堂副理Gell工作細心細緻，手動點贊！

The public activity area is divided into indoor and outdoor areas, with 81 pools and a special children's playground area. It is really a great place to take your kids out! He professionally understood the demands and solved them quickly. He has super business capabilities. Many small details are very considerate, which makes us feel that it is worth the money.
