這個環境和設施根本不值得這個價格，衞生很差，各種蟲子，蚊子，蟑螂，早餐也不好，吃早餐餐具都沒有洗乾淨，酒店服務態度也差

原生態的環境，房間就建在小溪的一側，潺潺流水清澈見底，坐在露台上感覺很好。只是，可能是房間近水的關係，剛一打開門就能聞到霉味，被單和床單也有潮濕的感覺，後面開了壁爐和暖爐才稍微好一點。房間的硬件維護做得很不好，空調出風口織滿蜘蛛網，暖爐很殘舊，打開還咔咔響。浴室的冷熱水很難調，不是很冷就是很熱，調半天調不好。早餐方面，不算豐盛，晚去的話，常發現有兩三個菜沒了也不補充。服務員坐在一邊聊天玩手機，茶杯沒了也不知道。總之，性價比很一般，如果硬件和服務能改善，這裡是不錯的選擇。比較失望。
