首先是房間隔壁就是廁所，本來沒什麼，但是廁所的U型渠道做得不好，不斷有臭氣湧出來，不關廁所門整個房間都是臭渠得氣味！你可以想象一下進去廁所大小便和洗澡是多難受！PS：可能抽到入住各別房型做的裝修不到位，衹能認倒黴了！其次車位嚴重不夠，我入住時候還是颱風天，全程暴雨，車輛根本停不進小區，衹能停門口的圍場，最後吃飯回來酒店圍牆兩邊都停滿了，我停了最後圖手指的位置，然後暴雨走回酒店！明明負一層就是地下停車場，不知道為什麼不開放！反正遲迴酒店肯定自己在路邊自己找車位！還有那個熱水器，一個女孩洗頭就沒熱水了，關鍵她衹洗了頭……反正一大半心情都給這些本不該出現的細節打敗了……

沒有配套餐廳沒有吃飯超不方便，還有水池的水很臟一個酒店就一個大池子還不及時換水，前台好像欠她錢了，板着個臉一點笑容沒有。這樣的酒店服務體驗感太差，不過房型很好彌補一下心情

酒店給升級了家庭套房，房間乾淨衞生，空間寬敞，入住體驗非常好。温泉水温度可以，水量剛剛好。非常滿意的入住體驗，不滿意的是進來酒店的路太窄，還又違停了車，錯車花了很多時間

房間的大小和佈局合理，但槽點非常多：
1.酒店很偏僻，酒店外的路是黃泥地，進去不好走，烏漆麻黑的
2.寫着2點入住的酒店，三四點還沒有打掃出房間，被告知還要等一個小時，説是打掃好了會給我打電話，但是沒有打
3.號稱自己是酒店，也確實是走着酒店流程管理的，明明整個地方都是它的，但竟然要收停車費，停車場還一灘灘的水
4.酒店房間進門後沒有電，手動去打了總閘也沒有，開着手機電筒在房間裏也沒找到別的開關，但是過了幾分鐘突然有電了，搞到我一度懷疑是不是房間裏面有攝像頭，看到有人入住才通電
5.房間內椅子比較臟
6.寫着有一次性拖鞋，但是房間內沒有，下去問前台，前台還不信，讓我們繼續找，我們説確實沒有，前台才不情不願地給了
7.泡完温泉打算洗澡才發現熱水器沒有開，是個電能儲水式的熱水器，披着毛巾等了半小時才燒完水能洗澡，這個大差評，因為我們帶着孩子，誰想到住酒店要去手動開熱水器
8.風筒上面很多毛，像是發黴的那種
9.酒店3台電梯設定非常不合理，好不容易等到開了，裏面是推着布草的酒店員工，禮貌地讓她先出來，她一出來門就關上，而且按着外面的電梯按鈕也不能保持常開狀態。等到第二台電梯門開，同樣是有工作人員出來，同樣是一出來門就關上，作為遊客不知道這電梯是這樣的設定，但工作人員天天在那裡明顯是知道的，竟然也不提醒一句，也不幫忙在裏面按着讓客人先進去，甚至我讓了兩個工作人員，兩個工作人員都是謝謝都沒一句。到處掛着碧桂園的牌子，好歹是個大企業，基本禮貌都沒有
