The front desk service attitude is very satisfactory.

Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service.

Overall, it was pretty good. The boss even upgraded the room type for us. It is suitable for family outings. There are all the things my children like to play here. I was told that it is more fun than Zhuhai Ocean Kingdom because you can catch fish here, haha... There are still some things to play that have not been released. If you are interested, you can make an appointment with a few friends. Let's go play together and relax. (In terms of service, because there were more people going this time, I might not be able to take care of it. My friend said that it was pretty good before)

The service staff was very enthusiastic and sent welcome fruits and drinks from the MINI bar. The lobby has a Southeast Asian style. We booked a family suite, which is very spacious and has a hot spring bath. The elderly in the family like it very much. The buffet breakfast and dinner also have a lot of varieties and are delicious. This time I stayed in the main building of the hot springs. Next time I will go to the new whiskey building to experience it. The only drawback is that the swimming pool is being cleaned and I didn't experience it.

I was on a 3-day mini-vacation in Hong Kong. I searched online about it 2 weeks ago. Online reviews said that Nankunshan Residence is very close to the highway entrance and there are many farms nearby within walking distance. So I decided to go to Nankunshan for the first time in my life. We made an appointment for a car in advance. After passing the customs, we set off from Futian Port. The whole journey took about 2 hours. The transportation was very convenient. We arrived at 12 o'clock after getting off the expressway. Because we got up early in the morning, the front desk was very friendly and immediately helped us arrange check-in. The room faces the mountain view, and the privacy of the private bath on the balcony is also very high. There is also a granite bed on the balcony. After soaking in the hot spring♨️, it is so beautiful to lie down and watch the mountain view with the sunset and listen to the chirping of birds❤️ For those of us who don’t drive, the location of this hotel is really convenient. There are many farms nearby, which can be reached within a few minutes’ walk. The internet celebrity Bamboo Yiyi is nearby, but I would recommend Longmen Villa directly opposite the hotel. We just 2 people, if there are more people, it would be better to order. The location of the hotel has another advantage. We tried Didi. Unexpectedly, we were very lucky. There happened to be a local driver named Qiang who was charging in the hotel. It was about a 30-minute drive from the hotel. He took the major attractions in Nankunshan: We have gone to the wonders of Shihe River, Chuanlong Waterfall, and Guanyin Lake. Come back and take a private bath on the hotel balcony. It is so comfortable😌 After consulting the staff member Meiqin, they helped us check out at 2 o'clock on the third day. After waking up, we had a hotel buffet breakfast, took a leisurely stroll, and then packed our luggage. This trip to Nankun Mountain was a good experience and I will come again next time☺️

The B&B is in a very quiet place next to the Nankunshan Scenic Area. It is very suitable for couples and families to travel. It is a very private place with great scenery. The curtains in the room are open to the woods, which is very beautiful. It is very romantic to hear the sound of raindrops on rainy days. There is also a small floor-to-ceiling glass library in the B&B, which is a great place to relax for a day. The experience is also very good. It is very convenient to park at the door, and there are menus prepared in advance. There are many small details worth experiencing later. The customer service Xiao Cai is also considerate and the communication in the group is smooth.

The second stop of the trip to Nankunshan Hot Springs is Shishishui Ecological Resort, where birds are singing and flowers are fragrant, the air is fresh and the scenery is beautiful. From the facilities to the interior decoration, it can be seen that the resort was only brilliant at the beginning, and the grade is comparable to that of the Bolian Hotel.  And the water quality is very good and sweet!  But it is obvious that the current management and service personnel are insufficient, and the service concept is lacking! For example, the waiters in the restaurant make loud noises when they clean up the tableware, which affects the guests' dining. We came here from thousands of miles away and felt that the local traffic was inconvenient. It was difficult to take a taxi. Came here by online car-hailing!

Stayed in a business deluxe bed room by the river, the view was very good, and the room was big enough. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is not open, and it is unpleasant. I took the brushing glass and accidentally touched it. The front desk lady did not hesitate to ask me to pay 10 yuan, but did not ask if I was injured. (I stayed in a hotel of more than 200 yuan in Dongguan and encountered the same situation. The front desk lady immediately asked me if my hand was injured, and then said it was okay and didn't ask me to pay)

The room was quite big and clean, very high-end, and the bed was comfortable. The bath water is very good, the service is also very good, the price is very good in the hotel I have stayed in.
