房間水壓很低，洗澡相當痛苦
房間隔音非常之差，半夜12點多還有客人入住，一直吵到凌晨
陽台是聯通的，但陽台門不能上鎖，同側其他客房都能從陽台進來！
一次性拖鞋巨臭無比
景區80一斤的雞，賣120一斤，做得還又老又難吃
非常失望，疫情結束就這麼迎接遊客宰遊客嗎？

天青等煙雨，這名字真美！門口的這片湖水，安靜恬淡，非常適合來度假，修身養性。店裡的人員真好，給我升級了湖景房，太開心了！陽台上喝茶發呆，很舒適。煙雨山水，真是滋養心靈。一樓二樓，我們喝茶，插花，抄經，又私密，又好玩，還寬敞。超讚的啊！

六百多一晚訂的房間，設施老舊，洗澡水小，空調16度都不冷，一進門還兩衹大蜘蛛迎接，當天入住跟我們説原先訂的房間壞了，給我們換親子房，還説這是最好的房間要我們加錢，後來給了房卡後又説那張小床不要睡，我差點笑出聲，還第一次聽到住酒店付了錢讓我們一張床別睡的，想做高級名宿先提高下基礎設施和服務水平吧
