1.房間極吵，一是空調噪音大，二是窗户隔音差，12點半夜排擋還在吵。
2.客房物品衞生間衹有兩幅牙刷，客房中心服務電話打不通。
3.餐廳油煙味很重，位置很少，要排隊等。國慶假期，價格翻倍，服務跟不上。
