Excellent motel with friendly management. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had two separate stays during the week- one in an older room and one in a refurbished room. Both were great. Very quiet and a bonus is the free shuttle to and from the airport. Would recommend highly

The motor inn was fine, and on par with what you would expect from a country motor inn. We didn't feel that it was very good value for money however and they have a bit of captured market with not many other options in Longreach. Being low season the $174 we paid (apparently on special!) was about $40-50 too much. The room was basic, not done up and clean. The aircon worked but not super efficiently when dealing with 40 degree heat. The pool was a winner at this time of year. There was no housekeeping for our 2 night stay. The room had crockery with a kettle, toaster and microwave which is handy for breakfast. As well as a small fridge. The motor inn was right opposite station which was handy as we were departing by train. Would consider other options if I stayed in Longreach again. This motor inn is currently renovating so for a renovated room the price we paid might be acceptable.

Location Location Location Right opposite the railway station and very easy close walk to town Owners are very nice and helpful showed us to our room which was nice and cool because they had the aircon on before we arrived Nice touch as it was very hot Had a executive room which was large and clean with a balcony The pool was great which we used every day for hours Would recommend this lovely country motel as a convenient place to stay in Longreach Thank you for a wonderful stay

I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. They have done an industrial design and updated the bathrooms. It looks very modern and clean. It is a great place to stay the staff are friendly and most helpful.

Everything you need. Plenty of space, great aircon to combat the heat and the perfect location close to pubs and the RSL. Really nice pool / bbq area. Very comfortable and friendly staff. Your not paying 5 star prices so don’t expect 5 star but has the character of a country motel.

We had 2 nights here. Very convenient location near the railway station and walkable to shops and dining. One night we had an excellent meal at Harry's, next door. Room spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Only "annoyance" was, trying to be environmentally aware, we hung our towels up in bathroom to show we didn't want clean ones, but they changed them anyway. Left a note for cleaners next day to not change, so that was OK.
