酒店軟件及硬件都是一流， 房間整齊清潔， 設備都很新而且是保養得很好， 所有房間的景觀都是面对梯田，十分漂亮。 前台幾個小姐姐服務週到，經常都是笑容滿面 有問必答。 酒店的早餐， 無論味道及賣相都很好，值了！！！

這家民宿的每個角落都充滿了家的氣息，舒適的沙發，温暖的床鋪，寬敞的浴室，還有整個的現代輕奢風格，讓我讓我驚歎不已，遠離城市喧囂，空氣清新，為你大造輕鬆愉悦的度假體驗！民宿一樓餐廳乾淨，整潔，大氣，三餐都在店裡解決，特別竹筒雞，竹筒飯，梯田的螺，臘肉炒筍，早餐豐富，還有現磨咖啡，還有在民宿門口露台躺椅可以躺上大半天哪都不用去，值得推薦給朋友，下次來龍脊還住雲度！

雲渡全景山房地理位置優越，位於西山韶樂1號和2號觀景台之間，交通便利，出行方便。門內大廳簡潔大氣，佈局合理。房間採光好，明亮，安靜，舒適，乾淨；床墊舒服，出水快，水温好，洗澡舒服；網速快，使用方便。
前台工作人員漂亮大方，服務周到，熱情主動效率高，專業性強。工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想。客房阿姨親切，客房打掃及時高效服務好，動作麻利周到。
離店時意外的收到酒店贈送的米酒伴手禮。非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在這裏感受到了家的温馨，酒店服務細緻入微，此次住宿體驗非常好，是旅行的理想下榻之處。強力推薦！

酒店服務很好，有智能設施。露天游泳池也很大，每天換山泉水，沒有濃烈的消毒水味道。廚師的手藝在民宿來説算不錯的，我們住一晚五頓飯都去在民宿餐廳解決。風景一流，房間陽台就能看日出。

我一般很少給五分，但這家民宿真值！最好自駕，這一路的風景不是坐車能體會的，從熱情的聯繫到接待到入住，都非常温馨。踏入民宿的大門就感受到老闆是用心在經營，裝修的風格、佈置、擺設，處處都是亮點，沒有一絲農家樂的俗套，這才是真正的民宿。房間整潔、乾淨，隔音良好，洗浴用品是日本的資生堂，但是大瓶，如果換成一客一換的小包裝就更好了。房間陽台上就可以看到梯田的美景，聽着音樂喝喝茶，都不需要去觀景台，早餐是配餐，有米粉、雞蛋、雜糧、水果，很精緻。晚餐和午餐都在民宿吃的，廚師手藝不錯。雨後還看到不一樣的風景，煙雨梯田。以後有機會一定會再來！

環境和服務都無可挑剔的一家民宿，管家潘小姐和唐小姐熱情周到，幫忙接送提拿行李的是一個超級大帥哥。餐廳的菜都很好吃，送了好喝的冰鎮米酒，每天無限量的現磨咖啡，退房時還給了伴手禮，特別滿意！下次我還要多住幾天！

非常棒的一次山裡體驗，接我們的司機山路開車狂的很，我的小心肝啊直撲騰😂😂😂車機特別棒，不過對於我們平原地區來説很刺激。住雲渡後，後悔買纜車看大寨了，酒店就可以看到全景。

關注了很久的民宿一直沒有假期終於體驗上了，民宿有泳池，非常適合打卡，民宿位置非常好，無論是門口觀景露台還是一樓大廳，都是可以拍到梯田的全景，每間房間帶觀景陽台朝東，房間就可以看日出，乾淨整潔，床品非常舒服，一樓有餐廳，廚師做菜非常好吃😋早餐非常精緻，好吃，推薦！
