The room didn't have the best lighting and there were no bars in the handicap rooms bathroom. Food was good with the options presented

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was semiclean. The downside was the traffic noise and the fact that the loudest truck was parked right outside our window. Are room was next to the workout area and someone likes to workout at 6am with "Eye of the Tiger" playing loudly.

The staff was wonderful. Room was clean just not very comfortable. Had a funky smell, sheets were very thin and had some stains on them. Beds were kind of lumpy. Towels were thin and very scratchy….we didn’t even shower because of it so I can’t speak for the shower and how it was. We were only there for about 7 hours and just needed the room to sleep so I was glad for that. Would not stay here again.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and delicious. The room was clean and did NOT have the typical “hotel smell” to it which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would defiantly stay here again!

In my experience in, Longview's moderately priced hotels are sub - par; but this one is great. I had contact with all three shifts at the desk and all were friendly, competent, and helpful. The guest room very clean and everything amenity one expects was there,

The staff were great professional & helpful. The bed mattress was bumpy & squeaky. The office chair had the covering peeling off which was not very sanitary. This office chair should not of been in service.

Very disappointed. TV not working, clothes from previous guest on floor. WIFI not working. Shower very slow. Towels very rough. More like a one or two star hotel.

Rolled in around 3am desperate for a clean place to stop. Best Western Longview did NOT disappoint! Room was spacious and clean (although the sofa was a wee smidge iffy) Night staff was courteous and friendly. Hotel itself is no frills and could use some modernizing, but don’t let that deter you from staying here! Special shout out to house keeping who went to special efforts to get the bag we accidentally forgot back to us. Also super duper shout out to TK (?) who was the morning clerk when we checked out. Amazingly friendly, and overall seems like a truly lovely person! Thanks, Best Western for being a beacon in the dark!
