Clean rooms and friendly service. The price is just a little higher than Motel 6 or Super 8 and those places aren't near the quality.

The wifi did not work, staff notified me at check in.
The room was a little worn, I've stayed at this hotel in a similar room before and it was much nicer and less of a smell.

Property was quite, clean, well landscaped, and decently priced - would recommend. Unfortunately, the toilet seat was broken and also, the pillows are very thin; would recommend bringing your own, and the towels are also very thin. But, we still plan on staying again in the future!

Excellent service and very clean hotel. Stayed here for a trip to Longview where my wife was having surgery.

Owner said that the sheets were dirty but they were stained so I don't get the $50 deposit back. I also wipe down and clean up after myself so I know it was in good shape before I left. I left a towel on the floor by the couch and told me there was a towel missing

This is a great value place. Very close to Walmart, gas station just across the street and Trails also close to make some exercise.
Rooms are clean, I have stayed several times. I prefer Rooms on the 1st floor, the room I got on the 2nd floor had a strong cigarette smell even though this is a non smoking area.
Staff is very supportive.
