衞生間有味道，很臭，隔音非常差，門就是擺設，一大早就被小孩哥吵醒，摔門聲，樓下的聊天好像就在耳邊。床墊也是又薄又硬。枕頭有異味。以為在山邊環境好，睡了一晚等於沒睡。

老難熱情好客，酒店有公共温泉和室內温泉，房間乾淨整潔，在漳溪邊自然環境好，觀鳥資源豐富，適合療養舒心。

酒店比較偏僻，晚上到達路不好找。沒有像樣的前台，就是一家庭作坊。房間大而無當，空調無力，温泉水温度温吞，一羣長者團晚上K歌聲嘶力竭完全無隔音。第二天才發現，房間對面竟然對着人家的墳頭！整個體驗就是温吞➕恐怖:服務不熱情、温泉水不熱、空調機暖氣不暖（看配了風扇，估計夏天也不製冷）最噁心的是旁邊山上的墳墓！

辦理入住後給安排了一個別人退房沒有打掃的房間，還好沒有喝酒，不然就稀裏糊塗的住了，後面換了房間也是有異味，覺不會去第二次了
