Homeinn Fairyland Hotel (Longyou People's Government South Gate)

The hotel environment is great, all the facilities are new and very clean. I left something behind and they even called me to arrange for it to be sent back. Definitely a big thumbs up for their service! 👍👍

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was decent, there was a small parking lot, and it was a 10-minute walk from Dananmen Street. It's also not far from the museum and Longyou Folk Houses Garden, and there are many restaurants nearby.

There are instances of overcharging customers, and the service attitude is extremely poor.

The rooms along the street are very poorly soundproofed, just like there is no glass. Any car passing by is very noisy. There is no quiet time all night. I have poor sleep, so I will not stay there again 2. There is no phone number to contact the front desk in the room. I found the phone number on Ctrip and asked the front desk for an extra bed and quilt. In the end, they said no. The service is not up to par 3. The hygiene is relatively poor. I booked two rooms. I was in such a rush this morning that I forgot my own face wash, shower gel, and hair clip at the hotel. I even added them on WeChat to contact them, but the hotel didn't call or check. They said they thought I was missing it and just threw the face wash away. It's one thing if they didn't contact me, but they did contact me and added me on WeChat. Why didn't they check if there were anything in the room? This kind of service is bizarre. This is the first time I've given you a bad review.

The soundproofing is terrible; you can hear everything from the street.
