這次朋友出行訂了6間房反應都不錯，在窗邊看着美麗的江景，江水緩慢穿江而過，一幅美麗的山水畫。工作人員態度很好，看到我們外出主諮詢是否需要飲用水提供。謝謝！

設施：太舊了，維護沒有到位，已經不是當年的清水灣了
衞生：早餐經常供應不上，有一天我看到了令我震驚的一幕：餐廳阿姨補供時，直接上手！！！麪店類，雖然有底紙，但也不能直接上手吧

不明白這個四星怎麼評的，可能是很久以前的。非常老，根本不可能是2018年裝修的。服務員都説10幾年沒裝修了。本來以為衹是裝修老式一點也沒關係。結果：1、淋浴的蓮蓬頭水全部順着管子往下流，跟瀑布似得。2、沒有熱水，打電話去問，説還在燒，娃等不及洗澡睡著了，早上8點起來也沒有熱水…3、定的江景房，結果一個小小的窗户外面全是房子，要爬到飄窗上往背後看才能看到江。4、吹風機第一次用衹能出很小的風，還是冷的，第二次按直接不出聲不出風了。5、冰箱沒用的，直接就沒插電，也找不到插頭插。叫服務員來問，直接説沒用的，説10幾年了的冰箱還能有啥用。6、衞生裝修這些都不較真了，整一個擺爛式經營。7、攜程上會員享升級服務，前台説不知道。跟攜程客服溝通，客服幫忙前後溝通了半小時。最後無奈得告訴我酒店不願意免費升級，要付費升級，但付費升級也衹是給我換一個高點的樓層。最後攜程説給我退2晚100塊的權益費。給攜程點贊，非常積極解決問題。給酒店差評。

這是我近幾年來住過的最不滿意的酒店，房間空調不能控制，説酒店還未開啟冷空調，晚上熱的一晚上睡不着就睡了2小時，第一晚洗澡都是冷水，早上的早飯除了粥是熱的，其餘都是冷的！！！種類還不多，這真的是我住過的最差的四星酒店，比快捷酒店還不如！！
