Hotel is nice. Clean and spacious room. Comfy beds
Absolutely worth the price.
Location may not be near the touristic places but ain't a far drive with Uber.
A supermarket just beside the hotel is terrific. greeted us with a complimentary champagne at their top floor lounge with a scenic view of Porto.

The shower is not working well. Water pressure is extremely low.
Floor lamp is not working
But, concierge staff is really helpful. Front desk staff are helpful too.

Good and spacious room in a very nice Hotel.
Staff was very attentive and service was excellent
It has access to a proper gym, that is a bit outdated but still in a very good condition.
Rooftop is a must with a great view over the city.

Staff are providing professional services with care. Our room is big, bed is comfortable and amerities inside are sufficient. The breakfast is excellent.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my first experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent, close to everything you need. The room was spacious, which I appreciated.
However, the condition of the room was disappointing this time. The carpet was disgusting — full of stains, and the furniture looked worn out and tired. It was a big contrast from my first stay, when the room was in much better shape. The housekeeping staff were also unfriendly, only speaking if spoken to and often walking by without a word.
Overall, while the stay was pleasant thanks to the great front desk/lobby team and convenient location, the decline in room quality means I wouldn’t return.
