Their hospitality service is outstanding. Every single member of the staff was helpful and kind. The views from the room were amazing and the amenities too. If you are looking for a hotel with Spa and Gym facilities this is the one.

Hotel was goed, schoon, vriendelijk personeel! Alleen is naar mijn mening de verkeerde bar open voor 24 uur…dit zou de rooftop moeten zijn in plaats van de koude beneden bar. Ook dat je in het binnenzwembad een badmuts op moet zouden ze erbij gezet moeten hebben want dan had ik dit hotel niet geboekt. Voor het binnenzwembad hebben wij de keuze voor dit hotel gemaakt. Bedden en kussens heel goed, problemen worden direct opgelost. Badkamers zijn toe aan een up date want douchen in een bad is niet meer van nu. Ontbijt is goed en ook daar bediening erg behulpzaam. Top : installeer de app bolt voor taxi’s en wordt voor 3 euro naar andere kant van het centrum gebracht

Mobiliário em péssimo estado de conservação, cortinados sujos e a própria mobília com manchas (óleos).
Higienização não realizada em condições ou mesmo não feita, conforme se pode nas fotos em que a fronha estava limpa/mudada mas as almofadas encontram-se imundas.
Jacuzzi lamentavelmente fora de serviço e a piscina para interior com água relativamente fria.
O quarto pago era um executivo e para um hotel de 5 estrelas deixa muito a desejar. Os únicos pontos favoráveis são o pequeno almoço e o roof top excelentes.

The hotel was fantastic, a 5 star hotel with exemplary service, especially from Claude! We were even given a welcome drink!
As first time visitors we were given some great tips of how to get around the city and things to do. The final day of the trip was spent using the spa facilities and relaxing at the bar.

The decor for the room is a bit old. Amenity is minimum . The internet WiFi failed to work in the room. Disappointing when compared with my stay only very recently.
