Did not stay the night but after visiting for a consultation to check installations, my chances of ever buying a timeshare here have gone down drastically. It’s a beautiful place, modern architecture and good features but me and my family had a bad experience with a salesman under the name of Andres. At first kind which I did appreciate, obviously a sales tactic since when we declined the offer that was constantly being pushed onto us, very rude comments were made about how we didn’t feel committed to spending $40,000 because of my marriage status and because i’m too poor? Very unprofessional and snarky personality were exhibited by this so called Andres. Aside from hitting a vape pen several times in front of a child too, I did not feel comfortable near this particular ill mannered staff. I’m sure other employees are kinder, and again the resort is absolutely gorgeous, but I will not be coming back after those disrespectful remarks.
